Payment Policy: 50% due upon contract signature, with the balance due no later than 10 days prior to date of commencement. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Company Checks or e-transfer.
Interest & Late Payment Fees: Any past or overdue accounts are subject to interest fees at a rate of 1.5% per month at an annual rate of 19.56% (or the current court regulated rate). If past due accounts are sent to collections or require legal action, any applicable or incurred fees and costs will be added to the overdue account total.
NSF Charges: A $55.00 fee will be applied to any NSF checks that are received. This fee will be applied to the outstanding invoice and will be subject to the same applicable interest & late payment fees.
Other: Mainstream Corporate Training shall not be held responsible for cancellations or conditions resulting from conditions such as a State of Emergency Condition, inclement weather-related conditions, flight interruptions/cancellations, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control. In return, a reasonably agreeable alternate date will be arranged and agreed upon. The additional expenses incurred for travel, accommodations, etc. will be the responsibility of Mainstream Corporate Training.
