Our Background

Our keen focus has always been on developing and delivering training programs that help to build a collaborative workplace environment, by building the skills of individuals within the team. We work directly with all levels of the corporate structure -from entry-level associates through management and executives such as CEOs, Executive Directors, and Corporate Presidents. This provides our team with a vast knowledge base, allowing us the ability to incorporate workplace as well as real-life experiences and application techniques within each training session.
We believe that training must be packed with exceptional skills and knowledge; just as important is ensuring that the information is delivered in a manner that is easy to absorb. Participants must be engaged in order to achieve maximum impact. Our methods and approaches aim to create an atmosphere that is comfortable, accepting and fun, allowing participants to relax, enjoy and learn!

Our programs are developed using a combination of life experiences, time-tested, proven skills, and an abundance of research and development. Our team is comprised of a strategic collaboration of Executive Consultants, Human Resource Professionals, Corporate Managers, and Executive Trainers as well as Research and Development Specialists. MEET OUR

Lead Trainer

Our programs are consistently delivered using an Accelerated Adult Learning technique and are led by our Programs Specialist and Lead Trainer Matt. He brings with him 22+ years of experience in the communications, customer service, sales, hospitality and marketing industries. As a respected leader in these fields he works hands-on with organizations experiencing the pains of growth, change and difficulties resulting from decreased communication, sales and disproportionate market share.

Leadership and communication are cornerstones of Matt’s success; his experiences, adaptability and insightfulness inject life into his training sessions. His teaching style inspires others to pursue a higher level of success through communication and leadership. His passion for lifelong learning serves as an abundant and ever-growing resource that also continues the expansion of our program portfolio.

Mainstream’s Operations Specialist and Support Trainer Mary, has had a vast 32+ year career and joined the Mainstream team in 2007. Mary’s background brings with her an incredible customer relationship and retention expertise formed within the telecommunications, staffing, human resource, and marketing industries. Her valuable insight, experience, and practical skills are woven into each of our programs and are used as a beacon for the Mainstream brand.
