Through discussion and reflection, they will explore what makes human-centered leaders more effective in building trust and supporting their teams.
In this session, participants will be introduced to three emotional intelligence models as well as key components. They will also explore how to apply empathy in day-to-day situations, manage emotions in challenging times, and build resilience.
In this session, participants will explore how to create a more inclusive environment by understanding the importance of leadership prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). They will learn strategies for recognizing and reducing unconscious bias as well as techniques for promoting psychological safety to ensure all team members feel valued and heard.
In this session, participants will focus on creating trust and accountability within teams and practicing open and effective communication strategies. They will also learn how to give and receive constructive feedback.
In this session, participants will learn about the emotional impact of change and explore strategies for leading with empathy during transitions. They will also examine tips on how to sustain engagement and morale in times of change.
